Township council to protect pedestrians – Fort Langley train fatality

Langley Township council will try to beef up safety for pedestrians and cyclists at rail crossings in the wake of the death of a Fort Langley man.  Councillor Barb Martens brought forward the motion at the Monday, Feb. 9 council meeting, calling for a report on potential safety improvements at the Glover Road CN Rail crossing in Fort Langley, near Billy Brown Road.
