Letter: Hatchery rep questions Langley Township pump station plans

Dear Editor, [Re: Township considers upgrades to Salmon River pump station, langleyadvancetimes.com, Feb. 4] There are so many problems with the TOL engineering study that it is difficult to know where to start. Note that neither the Salmon River Enhancement Society nor Kwantlen First Nations were given an adequate opportunity for input into this proposal.
