Kind of sad to squeeze 44 units into such a small area. 44 units means at least 88 cars and most garages are used for anything other then cars. This is an area of mostly single family homes on good sized lots why not build accordingly and if townhomes than at least take a look at Bedford Landing and do something similar.
My comment is this development is right across from a heritage site, and it looks like it belongs in fleetwood, or Surrey or any other development happening now. If the township allows is type of short, small thinking, then I certainly know how I will vote next election, and it will not be for any person involved is this 3 story junk of a sore sight. Take a look at McBride station as an example of what should go on this site. Thanks
