Statewood Properties Ltd, the builder of the Coulter Berry building is starting up a new project in Fort Langley. All of the information in this article is from their website.
The site includes 7 distinct legal lots fronting Glover Road, Mary Avenue and Church Street. Total of 1.39 acres, 60,998 feet. This site is directly across from the Fort Langley Community Hall.

The developer is holding three presentation meetings of the proposal. The meetings will be at the Fort Langley Community Hall.
In order to attend any of the sessions, you must go to the developers website and RSVP to reserve a spot (we supply the link down below to their site)
It is unknown at the time of writing this post when those meetings spaces may fill up.
