What I would like to see is a commitment to community spaces in front of and on the water side of the development. The waterfront of Fort Langley is an extremely expensive and limited area. This project happens to be in the downtown core and without having free, Public access, we would be losing space, not adding it.
I believe the development is headed in the right direction
I have no preference over the location of Bedford House so long as it’s preserved and made useable in some form of community building, whether that be a restaurant, meeting space, etc. I would not support it being destroyed, nor converted to private office space or private building
