The FLCA 2019 Community Survey Is Now Live!
The Fort Langley Community Association has now prepared the FLCA 2019 Community Survey to identify matters that are important to residents and businesses of Fort Langley.
In 2018 the surveys were hand delivered and mailed to every household in the village and mailed to all rural residents and businesses. There was an exciting 535 responses including 471 residents and 56 resident business owners.
In 2017 we had a great response of 359 surveys filled out and returned to us for counting. The previous 2016 Survey had 277 responses. This shows a continually strong increase in involvement in he survey which we believe is a direct result of the work the FLCA was able to accomplish in 2018 using the 2017 survey results to direct our efforts.
Most respondents put a lot of thought, time and energy into their written answers and were great feedback.
The FLCA used all this feedback to provide a comprehensive and detailed report to Township Council in person in the Spring of 2018.
We also continue to push for removing the official truck route through Fort Langley as well as proper intersection lights at Glover and Mavis. There was also significant feedback about the things you want to see in Fort Langley, the services you use and your thoughts on the future development of Fort Langley.
